Andrew Fisher, Group Chief Executive
Andrew is the Chief Executive of Towry Law and has been in that role since April 2006. He was Chairman of the Towry Law Holdings Limited (formerly JS&P Holdings Limited) Board from November 2004 to November 2006 and prior to this he was Chief Executive of Cox Insurance Holdings.
Andrew has held a number of other senior positions in the financial services industry, including Chief Executive of the Coutts Group.
Alan Wardrop, Financial Director
Alan is Finance Director of Towry Law and has been in that role since he joined JS&P (now Towry Law) in early 2001. Prior to joining, Alan spent eight years working in finance and operations management roles for fund management companies in the City of London.
The previous ten years were spent in the accountancy profession for both KPMG and PwC in Glasgow, New York and latterly London.
Alex Rickard, Head of Human Resources
Alex Rickard has a wealth of experience in the international HR arena, leadership development, change management and career development. As a HR consultant for 6 years prior to joining Towry Law, Alex has worked in a range of industries including business consultancy, professional services, IT consultancy and reinsurance, advising businesses and their senior management teams.
She has also worked with individuals on personal growth and development. Alex started working with Towry Law in October 2005, and was appointed Head of HR for Towry Law in May 2006.
Andy Cowan, Head of Private Client
Andy Cowan is the Head of Private Client for Towry Law. Andy has been Managing Director of JS&P's (now Towry Law) Scottish business since May 2005. In 1995 he joined Aitchison & Colegrave, at the time Scotland's largest privately-owned IFA, and became a director in 2000. Aitchison & Colegrave became part of Towry Law in October 2004.
Andy led Aitchison & Colegrave's successful transition from commission to fees. He has been involved in the formulation of Towry Law's strategy.
David Middleton, Head of Strategic Marketing
David is Head of Strategic Marketing for Towry Law and has been in that role since August 2007. He is responsible for the strategic development of our client proposition, with overall responsibility for the Marketing, Technical and Investment management teams.
His previous roles include Head of Commercial Development at Gartmore Investment Management and Commercial Director at the Coutts Group. His experience includes Product Development and Strategic Marketing as well as Sales Management and Sales Support in both the private banking and asset management industries.
David Percy, Head of Operations and IT
David Percy is the Head of Operations and IT for Towry Law. David joined JS&P (now Towry Law) as Operations Director in 2003 where he was in charge of IT, Facilities, Financial Planning processing and Investment Operations.
David started his career as an IFA and has over 13 years' experience in Financial Services. Previous roles include Head of Improvement with Bradford & Bingley Plc and Operations Director of Mortgage IFA John Charcol.
Nick Anderson, Head of Risk and Compliance
Nick joined Towry Law in 1998 and has held a number of positions within Towry Law. Nick is responsible for the Compliance, Risk Management, Training and Competence and Legal functions. He started his career serving as an officer in the Royal Navy and then trained as a lawyer, working in compliance roles for two other intermediary firms before joining Towry Law.
Pan Andreas, Head of Corporate Clients
Pan Andreas is Head of Corporate Clients for Towry Law. Pan has held a number of roles since joining in 1998, most recently as Sales Director for the Private Client Division. Here, as well as taking the division to a position of delivering sustained, profitable growth, he helped develop the Towry Law's strategy and client propositions.
Pan has over 23 years' experience in Financial Services.
Jacqui Gregory, Company Secretary
Jacqui has been the Company Secretary at Towry Law since October 2004. Her role was extended in May 2006 to include Towry Law Holdings Limited and its subsidiary companies following the acquisition by JS&P of Towry Law at the end of April 2006.
She is a Fellow of the 'Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators' and has extensive experience of implementing the highest standards of corporate governance in both the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Towry Law, Jacqui was Assistant Group Company Secretary of the Henderson Group plc and prior to that, Director of Corporate Governance and Deputy Secretary of Transport for London.
