Return to work initiative

We are looking to recruit and train a number of bright, motivated individuals who have either taken a career break to bring up children or those who are simply looking for a career change, to add breadth and freshness to our body of wealth advisers.

As we are interested in professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, there is no need for direct experience in personal financial advice.

For those who successfully complete the programme and become a wealth adviser, we will offer:

flexibility of working hours
a choice of location
a structured training program
the opportunity to gain a professional qualification with expenses met by the company
shares in the company after a three month period

The training programme will run for three days per week, over six months and will incorporate classroom teaching, examinations and practical work alongside established advisers.
